If I handled my diet like I handle my finances, I would be healthy and wealthy.
I'm off work today and was off yesterday and 1/2 a day before that because of iron anemia. I am sitting down today creating a food budget (otherwise known as a meal plan).
I am planning meals to eat. My goal was 100 but I stopped at 55. These meals will hopefully ensure that I am eating, help me to buy foods that I will eat, help me to get enough nutrients, and hopefully save money as well since junk food is not planned in any meal. I also hope it helps me stay out of the doctor's office and save money on copays.
